I’ll cut to the chase

I want to design knives that work hard and look good. Knives for everyone: professionals and home cooks.

Why? I was a fine-dining chef for many years. An award-winning bartender for a few more. So I know what makes for a good knife in the kitchen, behind the bar and at home.

What’s cooking?

An affordable apprentice range

I want to help chefs from all backgrounds get into professional kitchens. Having access to affordable knives is a good start.

Launching ‘Reimagined’

Giving knives more than one life. I’m on the hunt for old knives that I can rework, reshape, repurpose, and generally reimagine.

What’s on my bench right now? A set of 1960s butter knives that I’m turning into steak knives.

Keep an eye on Instagram for #reimaginedknives and what’s on sale.

Knife sharpening: already a go

I offer a knife sharpening service. Professional and domestic. I’m based in Kent (Folkestone specifically) so can do single or small sets of knives locally. But say you’re a chef that wants to sharpen the knives of your whole brigade, I’ll come to you.
