Where do you deliver to?

Practically everywhere. We parcel things up so that the knife is safe to travel, and arrives looking sharp. (Figuratively and literally.)

How long does it take to make a custom knife?

It might sound like a cop-out answer, but it really depends on what you want, and my waiting list.

If you’re in a real hurry, we can talk about a rush rate.

Can I put the knife in the dishwasher?

Hard no. Would you put a Samari sword through a car wash? Don’t put your good knives through the dishwasher.

What happens if I want to return a knife?

It hasn’t happened yet. But let’s just say you buy a knife from the shop (so not a custom-made one) and there’s something wrong, you just let me know, send me some pics and we’ll get it worked out.

Aren’t sharp knives a bit dangerous to have in a home kitchen?

Nu-uh. A sharp knife is safer than a dull one. With a sharp blade, you’re less likely to have the knife slip. That said, obviously don’t put it somewhere that kids can get to, or operate it after a few too many ales.

Do you do gift cards?

Yep. I’ll have them in the shop soon, but for now, just get in touch and I’ll get you sorted.

Say I’ve bought a gift card, what then?

First off, thank you. It’s scientifically proven that gift card givers are 37.24% more attractive than the average person. Second, there’ll be instructions in the card for the recipient to get in touch. And you and I will have had a chat about what your budget will buy.
